5. Payment Terms

5.1. Enrollment in a course or program is only guaranteed upon full or partial payment via Visa/Mastercard, Paynet or Tribute.

5.2. Payments in foreign currencies are calculated based on the official exchange rate of the National Bank of Moldova on the day of the transaction.

5.3. The transfer of purchased courses or other informational products to another individual is not permitted.

5.4. Payments for courses subscribed to under a monthly plan via the Tribute payment system on Telegram will be automatically renewed without prior notice.

5.5. By subscribing to this system and making the first payment through Tribute, the user agrees to the automatic renewal of the monthly payment.

5.6. Unsubscribing from the plan is the only way to stop automatic payments. You can cancel the renewal by: Manually disabling the subscription from the Tribute app in Telegram. Contacting Nova Academy Support via the Telegram bot: @primulmilionpay_bot.

5.7. Payments are non-refundable once completed.

5.8. Pre-Launch Subscription Policy
If you joined the academy during pre-launch, the owner, Veaceslav Bejan (a.k.a. Mr. Good Karma), has the right to launch the course at his discretion. The launch can take place in 1 month, 2 months, 1 year, or longer. By subscribing before the official launch, you are not guaranteed immediate access to the course. Your monthly payments serve as a reservation for your spot in the academy. If you keep your subscription active when the course launches, you will gain access automatically and be notified. If you cancel your subscription before the course launches, you will lose your spot and need to re-subscribe at the new price to gain access. This pre-launch subscription ensures that early supporters secure their place and gain priority access to the course upon release.

6. Course Delivery Terms

6.1. Nova Academy SRL is responsible for providing a functional learning environment during the study period, including platform access and technical support. The student must have a personal computer or laptop to attend the courses.

6.2. Courses are held in-person at company-designated locations or online through e-learning platforms or a blended learning model, as agreed between both parties.

6.3. The provider must notify students of any changes to the class schedule.

6.4. Students have the right to request information regarding the course content and structure.

6.5. Students must notify the provider in writing of any changes to their address, phone number, or name.

7. Course Cancellation and Refund Policy

7.1. Students must comply with payment obligations for the full course/program as agreed. Failure to do so will result in loss of access to the course.

7.2. Payments are non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation or withdrawal from the course/program after payment is made.

7.3. If the course is interrupted for any reason, no refunds will be issued for unattended sessions, whether paid in full, in installments, or partially.

7.4. Inappropriate behavior may lead to expulsion from the course without a refund.

7.5. Unauthorized distribution or resale of course materials may result in legal action and a claim for damages between €5,000 - €50,000, depending on the severity of the violation.

8. No Guarantees of Earnings or Results

8.1. Nova Academy SRL does not guarantee financial success, earnings, or specific results from taking its courses. Success depends on the effort, commitment, and proper application of the knowledge acquired.

8.2. Any success stories or income figures mentioned on promotional materials are motivational examples and should not be interpreted as guaranteed results.

8.3. Nova Academy SRL is not responsible for individual outcomes, as results vary based on personal effort and external factors.

9. Contractual Agreement
This contract comes into effect upon completion of the registration form and payment, whether in full, in installments, or partially. It remains in force until all contractual obligations are fulfilled.

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") applies to all information that Nova Academy SRL may collect about the User while using the website veaceslavbejan.com, as well as the services, features, software, and products of Nova Academy SRL (hereinafter referred to as the "Services").
